Eric recently attended a F.I.S.T workshop and stayed an additional day for BikeFit’s education on the Foot/Pedal interface. Being F.I.S.T certified alone does not include cleat adjustments and assessment of the feet. Eric is one of the few to have both the F.I.S.T and BikeFit’s combined education. A phone call

This morning we received a call from Bud Kemper and he wanted to order some cleat wedges to be shipped overnight. Before the end of the chat he mentioned they were for his son Hunter Kemper. I felt a bit uncomfortable for some reason not realizing why I should know this name. Then I realized Hunter is on the new Wheaties box.
