Eric recently attended a F.I.S.T workshop and stayed an additional day for BikeFit’s education on the Foot/Pedal interface. Being F.I.S.T certified alone does not include cleat adjustments and assessment of the feet. Eric is one of the few to have both the F.I.S.T and BikeFit’s combined education.
