Last Friday, May 6th I was visiting a retailer near Varese, Italy when a group of cyclists comes into the store and one of them asks for a new saddle. He asks the store owner which one was his favorite carbon saddle because his old saddle was not comfortable, the owner pointed to a nice and expensive carbon saddle, the guy said ok and he purchases it on the spot because the owner liked the saddle. The saddle gets installed and off they went to continue their ride. Never once did the owner of he shop see the old saddle before the bike was brought into the store to have the saddle changed after the saddle was paid for.
I can't wait to start seeing more SwitchIt Saddle Changer available in stores around the globe!
