SlowTwitch - January 2011 - F.I.S.T
Here is a photo from our first SlowTwich Class in 2011class. Cynthia Stewart from Bike Barn in Texas is having her feet measured with the original ForeFoot Measuring Device. Cynthia measured Rt 17-18 degrees and left 7 degrees both Varus. Anthony Romania from Arizona and Steve Dauphinais from Bicycles East in South Glastonbury, CT are observing
Average Cleat Wedges use during this class was over 4 per person. Far below Dan Empfield's shoes which have 7 Cleat Wedges.
