We measured the tilt on this foot at TriFest.
It is just amazing the misalignment even on many Pros.

More love for Speedplay

If you are a track sprinter type or just a want-a-be sprinter type....and of course a Speedplay fan you may want to have a look at this link

http://www.fixedgearfever.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=907&mode=&order=0&thold=0

I personally made my own set (similar) but unfortunately did so once I entered the "want-a-be" category. I added a slot to allow for two sets of toe straps. It is something I wish I had done long before I retired....in other words about 20 lbs ago.

Enjoy this post and also check out Fixed Gear Fever. It is a cool site

Cheers

The class at IHRSA

Here is most of the gang that took Tracey's awesome class.

The class following ours was taught by Josh Taylor who is Spinning's chief instructor. He designed a new bike fit tool which we look to feature in the future so stayed tuned to fitness.

And some of you did not think this would lead back to bike fit ;-)

Why Fitness

You may be asking why the mention of a fitness show and spin bikes. Think about it. This is another target audience for us. Spinners often use cycling shoes and they also need to be fit.

From the Spinning head quarters >>>Check out(and join) Paul's Bike Fit group and learn more about his shims at: http://www.wsscmiami.com/group/bikefit <<<
We are going to be teaching Master Instructors in Miami at the World Spinning Convention this May.
If you are in San Fransisco and want to spin I will try to get the name of the gym where Tracey teaches. I grantee if any of you get a chance to take her class you will love it.

Remember Spinners are cyclists too.
And yes the big guy is Kaz. World's Strongest Man for many years.
So Seth send me your choice in wedges and your address - congrats

Who is the big guy?

Here is a clue - He has many world records and is on TV almost all the time.

He usually goes by one name.

Two sets of free wedges to the first person to send me his name.

Fun at IHRSA

A free set of wedges to the first person to tell me the name of the guy riding next to me on the spin bike.
We used a set of 20mm pedal spacers on his bike to offer a better fit.
The actual instructor was Tracey Mammolito and she rocked the house.
